From having no hope, to running for hope.

From reaching my rock bottom to finding a passion for life and road running, I have decided to run the Comrades Ultra Marathon. In preparation for this challenging run, I will be running through the Cape Flats on Sundays to create awareness for running and to plant HOPE. If I can do it so can you.
